Delete your OFYE GHOST account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, every imported trade and fill, your import history, rules and their versions, notes, practice orders and activity log. It happens immediately and can't be undone.

In the app

Open the You tab, choose Delete account and data, and confirm.

On the web

Sign in, open Settings, type your email in the Delete my account box, and choose Delete everything.

Can't sign in?

Email the support email listed on this page once published from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel any active subscription in your store account settings as well.
