Terms of Use
Last updated October 15, 2026
The company name and support email on this page are still being finalized.
These terms cover your use of OFYE GHOST, run by the operator of OFYE GHOST. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
What OFYE GHOST is
OFYE GHOST is a trading journal and analytics tool. It analyses trades you have already made against rules you set. It does not place orders, hold or move money, connect to your brokerage, or provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Historical, simulated and hypothetical results (including the Ghost, Practice and Rule Lab) do not predict future performance. Decisions you make are your own.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only upload records you have the right to use.
Subscriptions
- GHOST Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you confirm.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Your content
You keep ownership of the records you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can delete them at any time.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Our content
The app, the website, the GHOST name and logo, and the analysis methods belong to the operator of OFYE GHOST. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while your account is active.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.
App Store and Google Play
- These terms are between you and the operator of OFYE GHOST, not Apple or Google. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app and its support.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
- You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on a U.S. list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the operator is registered, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of where you live.
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
